Tattoos are permanent procedures. By receiving a tattoo, you accept certain medical risks including but not limited to:
- Infection (if aftercare is not followed)

- Psychological dissatisfaction with design
Professional Negligence
We take all reasonable care to provide safe, professional services. However:
- We are not liable for complications resulting from improper aftercare
- We are not liable for fading or color changes (normal over years)
- We are not liable for natural body changes affecting the tattoo appearance
- We are not liable for psychological dissatisfaction after approval of design
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence.
Intellectual Property
Custom Designs
- Original designs created by our artist are our intellectual property until final payment
- Once fully paid, you own the tattoo on your body
- You may photograph and share your tattoo freely
- We retain copyright to use images for portfolio/marketing purposes (unless you opt out)
Copyrighted & Trademarked Designs
If you request a tattoo of copyrighted or trademarked material (logos, celebrity likenesses, etc.):
- You assume responsibility for copyright infringement
- You warrant you own rights or have permission
- We will not be held liable if the original copyright holder objects
